My college roommate, who lives in Denver now, is a member of a local CSA and she said that she makes a great dip with her kale.   As you probably know by now, you can use almost any green in any greens recipe.  She’d told me the basic recipe over the phone and so I googled the ingredients to see if there was a great written recipe already living on the internet.

I think I have found it.

I am making it tonight for dinner and serving with a baguette and fruit.  I can’t wait to try it.  You might even have all the ingredients in your pantry/fridge like I do.
