2. They will tell you about the CSA and the details including days of pick up, length of session, price, pick up times, etc.. Each of our CSA pick-up locations is slightly different in how they operate.
Our shares are approximately $20/week for 3 months prepaid.
Each week you would bring your own bag/box/cooler and pick up 8 portions of veggies and fruits (and sometimes beans or wheat berries or flowers). Please see a really great history of our harvests at the Tucson CSA website: Harvest History.
3. If you decide it will work for you (and if there is room for you), the CSA coordinator will get you a contract to fill out. Once completed and payment has been received, you may start picking up your share of produce on the agreed upon begin date.
